Street food passion!

Did you know that in Emilia Romagna we have some of the best street food in the whole country?
By "street food" we mean food that can be eaten while walking, sitting on a bench, on the beach, purchased at small kiosks, typical restaurants or even in the classic mobile vans along the streets of our cities.

This year at Donegal we will teach you how to make them so you can continue to enjoy them after the holidays are over, teach them to friends or loved ones, or just have fun for an afternoon, kneading and moving your hands along with us!

How it works:

During the "Passione street food" workshops we will prepare one of the following typical products together:

  • piadina or crescioni (typical of Romagna)
  • tigelle or fried gnocco (typical of Emilia)

WhenSundays, June 6, 13 and 20, in the afternoon.

At the end of the workshop we will taste the fruit of our work accompanied by local sardines or the tasty lard of the hinterland. 
We will also have fun varying the combinations and trying Romagna products with Emilian cold cuts or vice versa. 

How to participate:

The activity is reserved for our customers and is free: just stay at the hotel Donegal in one of the periods in which it takes place and sign up. 
The activity will be activated with a minimum of 5 participants.
