W homemade pasta!

When you think of Emilia Romagna one of the first images that comes to mind is the fresh homemade pasta! Each city, province or territory has its own speciality and we have chosen to celebrate this tradition with a dedicated workshop!

In June, in addition to relaxing on the beach, sunbathing and enjoying the tranquility of the first days of summer, you can dough and happily learn one of our recipes.

Once home, all you have to do is invite your friends over for dinner and impress them!

How it works:

During the "W la pasta fatta in casa" workshops we will prepare one of the following dishes together:

  • tagliatelle or parpardelle or strichet
  • strozzapreti or potato gnocchi.

When: Wednesdays 8 and 15 June, in the afternoon.

In the evening, the pasta made in the workshop will appear on our tables to be enjoyed with an exquisite meat sauce (celebrating the Emilian tradition) or a delicious seafood sauce (with the scent of Romagna). 

How to participate:

The activity is reserved for our customers and is free: just stay at the hotel Donegal in one of the periods in which it takes place and sign up. 
The activity will be activated with a minimum of 5 participants.
